The small print
  • This offer is only valid with the purchase and delivery of a full system that includes either two G3 3.8kWh or two 4kWh or two 10.1kWh batteries and an AlphaESS G3 Inverter between Sept 1 2024 – Sept 30 2024.
  • A full system is classed as a system that includes an AlphaESS G3 inverter.
  • Only one free EV charger can be claimed per customer (the customer being the end user). The installer can supply free EV chargers to many end users.
  • AlphaESS UK reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
FAQ's
  • What if I buy one of your other batteries in the month of August?
    This offer is tied exclusively to the purchase of two G3 compatible batteries; either a G3 3.8kWh, G3 4kWh or G3 10.1kWh and a G3 inverter. Therefore, we can’t offer a free EV charger with the purchase of one of our other battery systems.
  • I just bought a system before this offer. Can I still get a free EV charger?
    This is a time-sensitive offer running for a limited time only. With that in mind, only systems bought between Sept 1 2024 to Sept 30 2024 are eligible to receive a free EV charger.
  • Does the installer need to request the EV charger as part of their order with the distributor?
    Our Distributors that stock AlphaESS products are aware of this offer and will be prepared to ship every G3 order with a complimentary EV charger during the time window specified. However, we’d absolutely recommend that the installer confirms their order with the distributor to avoid any delays and ensure delivery clarity.
  • What happens if EV charger stock runs out?
    We will honour all eligible orders placed in September 2024 and if we run out of stock, we’ll send the EV charger at a later date when we are back in stock.
  • What if I’ve only bought a battery without an inverter?
    This offer is only valid with the purchase of one of the specified G3 Series full battery system that includes an inverter.
